As the center and commanding height in the west of Jinji Lake CBD skyline, Suzhou Zhongnan Center is adjacent to the Gate of the Orient. The project is a 729-meter-tall building that contains about 500,000 square meters of gross floor area with 138 floors on the ground and 5 floors underground, making it the highest building amongst all the super high-rise buildings under construction in China.

The design of this project is intended to integrate green, ecology, intelligence, efficiency and multi-functions in a super-tall modern commercial complex that consists of sightseeing, a seven-star hotel, luxury apartments, international 5A offices and top-level commercial building. After completion, it will be the new landmark of Suzhou and lead the Suzhou Industrial Park into a modern and international new town with global competitiveness.
